Dr. Baranowsky is the Founder and Director of the Institute and was instrumental in developing the internationally recognized Traumatology Institute Training Curriculum. She is a Psychologist in private practice specializing in post-trauma assessment and care. Her book "Trauma Practice (2nd Edition)" was recently published in 2010.
Eric Gentry brings a wealth of experience as a strong trainer and Traumatologist in his position as Consulting Director for the Canadian site of the Traumatology Institute. He is the co-developer of much of the cutting edge training material at the institute.

About the Institute
The Traumatology Institute was established in 1999 due to the growing demand for trauma response training and materials in Canada . The Institute grants certificates for Field Traumatologists, Certified Traumatologists, and Compassion Fatigue Specialists among other programs. We offer workshops internationally that can be customized to meet specific training requirements. We are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations who wish to recover from personal and professional crises, disasters or critical incidents.
